New computer system goes statewide on July 10
The state's new personnel and payroll application, the Human Resource Management System, will process the July 10 payroll for all state agencies. The biggest change employees will notice is a newly expanded earnings statement instead of the old pay stub. How leave is processed in the new system
Employees will see a slight accrual difference per pay period between HRMS and the old system because HRMS is able to calculate monthly accruals more precisely. Both calculations result in the same total annual accrual. >more
