Mission
The Human Resource Management System (HRMS) replaces the state's 30-year-old system with a modern personnel and payroll computer system.
The new system will provide agencies with better data for planning and decision making.
You will receive a larger, expanded earnings statement that will give you, as an employee, a better snapshot of your own personnel and pay information.
The new system will:
- Improve the state's ability to manage its human resources.
- Provide more and better data.
- Increase the capacity for future system enhancements.
- Provide periodic upgrades to keep the state's system aligned with changes in federal tax rules.
