Resources
Following are resources to help you understand the new system and how it will affect you:
- Earnings statement example
This sample statement walks you through each section of the new earnings statement and explains the changes. - New payroll system brochure
This is a brochure distributed to state employees with the 2/24 payroll. It explains how the new payroll system will affect you. - Earnings statement video
Department of Personnel Director Eva Santos and Department of Information Services Director Gary Robinson explain the new earnings statement. - HRMS project web site
This site contains detailed project and agency readiness information. - HRMS end-user training
End-Users are the state employees who will routinely process data, perform transactions, and draw reports in HRMS. The majority of these employees perform human resources, payroll, and time and attendance functions.
In addition to these statewide resources, your agency payroll and personnel staff are good sources of information about the coming changes. These are the people who will be using the system to enter payroll and human resource information. They will be trained on the system and will be able to answer most of your questions once your agency begins using HRMS.
