Cindy English is certainly an example of WorkFirst staff not letting anything get in the way of accomplishing their mission: work, first. Cindy, a social worker 3 in Region 4, is nine months pregnant and expected to deliver any day. She is committed to helping clients achieve a better life. Cindy is seen here knocking on the front door of a client’s home. She is out in the community to work on re-engaging clients in the WorkFirst program. This unfortunate client had a utility disconnect notice on the door. Cindy is a role model for clients that need to believe that they can work, even when life gets in the way!

Congratulations to Ms. English for delivering a healthy baby boy, Scott English, on July 10, 2003. He joins three brothers in the English family.
